Two total knee replacement surgeries within a span of 10 months. The first surgery successful and very satisfied with the outcome. Top surgeon and PA (Dr. C C and Evan Henson) highly recommended and strongly encouraged to consult with these two professionals. What impressed me and my wife were the following; Critical emphasis on cleanliness and personal hygiene to mitigate infection, Surgery center was uncluttered, immaculate and very clean, Personable and professional nurses and administrators, Very efficient in their approach to registration and post op instruction, attention to detail was superb, Daily text reminders from the surgeon and PA with detailed instructions on the rehabilitation process and protocols, Lastly, EXCELLENT therapy plan and strategy with the physical therapy team. Choosing BGO is a no brainer.

My pre-op nurse Darcy was very nice and helpful. My post-op nurse, Johnathan, was very nice, helpful and funny. Debbie was my nurse anesthesiologist and Dr. Stark, may have been Star, both were very good. Of course, I love my doctor, Dr. Dennehy. He's the best. Tracy, my physical therapist was... I can’t enough about how well EVERYTHING went for my surgery! From the beginning until I was discharged was very professional and caring. I would highly recommend Dr. Christen and his staff to anyone considering knee replacement.

I had shoulder surgery on the 30th of May at the new bluegrass orthopedic surgery center. My nurse Ruby was the best I've ever had the entire center had polite staff and everything was just so nice it was a great pleasure. Dr Huff has performed my left knee and right hip replacement procedures and has done an excellent job on both. He is not only an excellent doctor but a very fine man with wonderful bedside manner and patient interaction. He made me very comfortable and freed my concerns leading a prayer... Dr Christensen and his staff are all helpful and kind along with being efficient.. They have so many things in place that help you leading up to the surgery. Also they did awesome on the day of surgery. It was as good of an experience as surgery can be.

This was my second knee replacement and both times the Dr’s and staff have been wonderful! This time I have to say was even better than before. The booklet they have prepared for your surgery is so helpful and the information they sent home was too! I loved the new surgery center, a very nice... My experience at Bluegrass Surgery Center was wonderful! The admissions and medical teams were exceptionally caring and attentive, and I was very pleased with the results of my surgery performed by Dr. Denehy and his team.
