Bluegrass Specialty Surgery Center is conveniently located in Lexington, Kentucky, in the heart of the Hamburg/Blazer Parkway area. Our Location

The surgery center is located just off Man O’ War Boulevard, near the Hamburg area, with convenient access from I-75 and major roads leading out of downtown Lexington.

From I-75

• Take Exit 110 for US-60 toward Winchester/Lexington.
• Turn onto Man O’ War Blvd.
• Turn left onto Blazer Pkwy.
• Continue approximately ¼ mile — 3475 Blazer Pkwy., Suite 130 will be on your left.

From Downtown Lexington

• Head out of downtown via E. Main Street.
• Continue onto Richmond Road.
• Turn left onto Man O’ War Blvd.
• Turn right onto Blazer Pkwy.
• Continue approximately ¼ mile — 3475 Blazer Pkwy., Suite 130 will be on your left.

What to Expect When You Arrive

When you arrive at Bluegrass Specialty Surgery Center, you’ll find convenient on-site parking and a clearly marked entrance. Inside, our team will guide you through check-in and help ensure you’re comfortable and prepared for your procedure. Because we specialize in outpatient surgery, most patients are able to return home the same day, supported by detailed discharge instructions and follow-up communication from our clinical staff.
